Job summary

TPE Resource Solutions is seeking a Junior Purchasing Executive for an on-site role in Johore, Malaysia. The successful candidate will handle purchase orders, process requisitions, and assist in overall purchase management to support procurement operations and timely delivery of goods.

You will coordinate with suppliers, maintain documentation, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of PO, PR, and purchase management processes.
• Proficiency in procurement principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for supplier and internal coordination.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with procurement or inventory management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Academic qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
