Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent entry-level Purchasing Clerk to support our procurement team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and you will assist in preparing purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Basic Excel/Word skills are required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Certificate qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all purchased items are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Compare quotations and assist in sourcing new suppliers when required.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and filing.
• Coordinate with outlets and other departments on purchasing requirements.
• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents before submission.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory.
• Perform any other purchasing or administrative duties assigned by the Purchasing Lead or Management.
