Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a seafood restaurant and event banquet based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, near to LRT (5 min walk). Open for fresh graduates (training provided) as Purchasing Assistant/Executive (Mandarin spoken & written required).

The role involves receiving stock, generating Goods Receive notes, tracking orders, and maintaining purchase records with emphasis on timely deliveries and accuracy. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential in this dynamic F&B setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• 1–2 years experience in Purchasing is an added advantage.
• F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
• Submitting weekly/monthly reports to Sales/Senior Manager.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
