Job summary

Gadang Group of Companies is seeking a Junior Project Planner to join our team at the Bukit Tinggi site office on a contract basis. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and meet milestones.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 2–4 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong communication, data analysis and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction / Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a Project Planner within the construction industry
• Must be proficient in Primavera P6, with strong experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Possess own transportation and be willing to work at our site office in Bukit Tinggi area.

About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Project Planner to join the Gadang Group of Companies' team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the company's construction projects through effective project planning and scheduling.

What we’re looking for
