Job summary

Global Lancesoft in Malaysia seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support complex customer projects in a fast-paced environment. You will assist Project Managers by reviewing documents, creating project profiles, and tracking progress through the engineering lifecycle.

You will coordinate part numbers and configurations, work with Sales, Engineering, Operations and other teams, monitor milestones, manage risks, and provide regular status updates while contributing to process improvements and

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting project managers in execution and delivery.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in FF.
• Submit, monitor, and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers, configurations, and system requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations and other internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and elevate where required.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports.

Responsibility

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit, monitor, and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers, configurations, and system requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and elevate where required.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.
• Serve as the day-to-day coordination point for project-related activities.

Delivery & Quality

• Support the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and scope.
• Assist with project schedules, resource coordination, and governance activities.
• Support quality checks and validation of project deliverables.
• Coordinate issue resolution and follow up on escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Operational & Technical Support

• Work with project and operational tools such as DOMS, DellStar, Financial Force (FF), OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
• Support configuration services and deployment toolsets.
• Assist with implementation planning and delivery tracking.
• Analyze project performance and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
