Job summary

Trust Recruit is seeking a senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects in Kampar. You will oversee site execution, planning, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years of building experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure, delivering projects on time and within budget. You must drive end-to-end project success and mentor site teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15–20 years of working experience in building construction, including high-rise projects.
End-to-end project experience with strong leadership.
Ability to work under pressure, long hours, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
To report project progress to top management from time to time.
