Job summary

The Junior Procurement Executive at AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, supplier coordination, import/export logistics, inventory, and retail operations across our salon and F&B outlets.

You will support daily procurement activities, coordinate shipments, maintain records, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; 0–2 years experience welcome.
• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, and retail operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Willing to take hands-on operational exposure during the first 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily outlet operations, including customer service and service flow.
• Support procurement activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, ordering, and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on orders and service delivery.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners and prepare shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels across outlets and warehouse and assist with stock planning and replenishment activities.
• Assist with lease management, renewals, and documentation tracking.
• Support new outlet setup, renovation, and handover processes.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works involving equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and related documentation.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, and outlet teams to support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

This role provides hands‑on exposure to sourcing, supplier coordination, import/export logistics, inventory, leasing, outlet setup, and maintenance, providing a well‑rounded understanding of procurement and retail operations. You will support procurement, supply chain, and outlet operations across our retail business, including salon and F&B outlets.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily outlet operations, including customer service and service flow

Support procurement activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, ordering, and delivery tracking

About you
