Job summary

ROTOWELL ENTERPRISE (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking fresh graduates to assist in daily production setup and process monitoring. You will support parameter tuning for surface finishing, participate in process improvements, and help with trial testing for new and existing products, ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.

You will coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and client teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining SOPs and production records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/mechatronics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production setup, job flow creation, and process monitoring.
• Support engineering parameter tuning and optimization for surface finishing.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives, trial testing, and troubleshooting activities for new/existing products.
• Monitor product quality, inspect surface finishing results, and report technical abnormalities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and client teams to ensure smooth process flow.
• Maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, job flow cards, and production parameter records.
• Comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
