Job summary

ROTOWELL ENTERPRISE (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a motivated entry-level production support engineer in Penang. You will assist in daily production setup, monitor processes, and help optimize surface finishing parameters.

You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain docs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics, and benefits from basic CAD/CAM and MS

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with relevant diploma/certificate.
• Mandarin or Chinese dialect skills are a bonus for liaising with clients/vendors.
• Interest or basic understanding of surface finishing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD/CAM knowledge.
• Good computer literacy including MS Office and data handling.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production setup, job flow creation, and process monitoring.
• Support parameter tuning and optimization for surface finishing.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives, trials, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor product quality and report abnormalities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and client teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain engineering docs, SOPs, and production parameter records.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
