Keen Point (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive graduate to support daily production and manufacturing processes on the production floor. You will help monitor lines, assist in addressing issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold SOPs and safety standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Assist in monitoring and supporting daily production and manufacturing processes on the production floor.
Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines and provide support when operational issues arise.
Observe, monitor, and follow up on real-time conditions and issues at the production site.
Assist in identifying and analysing production or process-related issues and support the implementation of appropriate improvements or solutions.
Assist in ensuring that operators follow proper operating procedures and safety requirements during production activities.
Work closely with production teams and relevant departments to support daily operations and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
Strong interest in manufacturing, production processes, process improvement, and hands-on technical work.
Possess good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
Willing to work on the production floor and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and levels.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
