Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related.
• 2–3 years of process engineering experience; surface treatment or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, reactions and materials handling.
• Proficiency with process simulation tools and CAD software.
• HSE awareness and safety compliance.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise Metal Suface Treatment processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications
• Conduct experiments and pilot testing to validate process improvements and new methodologies
• Prepare detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures and technical reports
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with production teams to translate process designs into operational practice
• Perform equipment maintenance planning and coordinate with maintenance teams on process‑related issues
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support scaling of processes from laboratory to production environments
