Job summary

ROTOWELL ENTERPRISE (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking fresh graduates to assist in daily production setup and process monitoring. You will support parameter tuning for surface finishing, participate in process improvements, and help with trial testing for new and existing products, ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.

You will coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and client teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining SOPs and production records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/mechatronics or equivalent.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or equivalent).

Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese dialects is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors).

Basic understanding or strong interest in surface finishing processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software functions.

Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data logging, and software/system operation).

Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn technical process parameters.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
