Job summary

MAPEI Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MMSB) is seeking an Operations Engineer to support regional ERP deployment and drive core process improvements through data analysis. You will lead ERP implementation across Production, Logistics and Quality, analyze workflows and propose optimization ideas.

Training colleagues on ERP usage and collaborating with subsidiaries will be key. We require a degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Process Engineering and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with ERP exposure; fresh

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing-related role and/or exposure to ERP systems.
Familiarity with multinational companies or regional subsidiaries is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills demonstrated through projects in previous roles.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of a new ERP system and participate in analyzing and evaluating Production, Logistics, and Quality processes.
Identify and propose process improvements based on data analysis.
Train team members on effective ERP usage.
Provide support in operational processes across subsidiaries in the region, when needed.
