Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates encouraged; up to 2 years manufacturing experience welcome.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; basic knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor throughput, yield, downtime, and production performance.
- Assist in process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Participate in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare operational reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
