Job summary
Top Degree (M) Sdn. Bhd., an automation and precision tooling company in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, establish and improve manufacturing processes and work procedures.
The role includes monitoring production performance, process efficiency, yield and quality; assisting in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions; ensuring compliance with safety standards; and conducting process trials to evaluate results before implementation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in manufacturing process development is a plus.
