DSV Shared Services Asia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operational Finance Assistant to support accounting and controlling activities. The role involves journal postings in CW1 or SAP ERP, preparing related documents, and ensuring timely data uploads.

The candidate will handle payroll postings, WIP/ACS files, monthly closing checks, and asset management. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or Diploma in Accounting.
• 0-2 years’ experience in accounting or finance, fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals and postings in CW1 or SAP ERP.
• Prepare supporting documents to support the journals.
• Upload the supporting documents into CW1 or SAP ERP on a timely basis.
• Prepare the prepayment schedules, journals and postings.
• Booking of payroll, bonus, benefits and holiday allowances journals.
• WIP & ACS file preparation and journal postings.
• Check monthly closing per checklist and update accordingly.
• Handle Fixed Asset creations and retirement.
• Customs Duty Clearing, GST/VAT Clearing.
• Prepare SAP BPC/EPM Reporting.
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
• AIF/SM35 monitoring.
