Job summary

MEDIWIRA GROUP HOLDINGS SDN.BHD. is seeking a dedicated finance professional in Petaling Jaya to support day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial records in line with company policies.

You will perform data entry, manage AP/AR, monitor cash flow, prepare financial reports, and assist in cost control initiatives. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Partial professional qualification with relevant experiences is acceptable
• Able to work under fast pace environment and multi-tasking
• Initiative, independent and able to withstand of pressure
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily financial data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including aging, reconciliation, invoice processing and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Handle full-set accounting functions and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances, ensuring sufficient funds are available before payments are processed.
• Monitor income, expenses and financial transactions to support effective cost control.
• Perform cost control and sales matching to ensure expenses and revenue are properly recorded.
• Prepare and analyses financial reports to support management decision-making and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, rules and regulations.
• Assist the Finance Manager with finance-related projects and other assigned tasks.
