Junior Operation Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunication infrastructure projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and site records.

Attend site visits and inspections when required.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel and work on-site when required.

Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
