Company Overview

We are a growing company involved in telecommunication projects. We are looking for Junior / Entry-Level Technical Crew to join our field team and support installation and site works. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in telecommunication installation works.
• Support cable pulling, equipment installation, and basic site tasks.
• Work at sites such as towers, rooftops, buildings, and customer premises.
• Handle tools and materials under supervision.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping at work sites.
• Report work progress to supervisors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• No experience required (training provided).
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on sites and outdoors.
• Able to work at height and flexible hours (night/weekend if required).
• Physically fit and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.
