Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience dealing with Local Council (PBT) submissions, approvals, or related processes is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel within Sabah when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
