Job description

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and resourceful Junior Operations Executive to join our team. This position is suitable for a candidate who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with people and handling different types of operational matters.

The Junior Operations Executive will support management and various departments in handling day-to-day operational issues, following up on outstanding matters and assisting with projects and process improvements.

This is not purely an administrative position. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work across different departments and gain practical experience in operations, problem-solving, coordination and management support.

The purpose of this position is to provide hands-on operational support to management and various departments. The Junior Operations Executive will be trained to develop strong skills in problem-solving, communication, coordination, follow-up and operational management, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities as experience and capability develop.

About you
