Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve standard queries and complaints; ensure first-contact resolution where possible.
• Advise customers on product information, stock, and promotions.
• Handle online order inquiries, including placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follow company procedures and templates to communicate with customers.
• Manage a daily workload of around 40 cases.
