Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to respond to customer inquiries, manage concerns, and provide accurate information via phone and email. The role represents the brand and emphasizes professionalism, empathy, and continuous improvement.

The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel and must meet defined KPIs while maintaining data security and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• English language proficiency at B2 level (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
• Minimum 6 months work experience in customer support; fresh graduates with related degrees are welcome.
• Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing online orders via phone and email.
• Provide timely support through inbound calls and emails.
• Handle payments and sensitive data securely and accurately.
• Proactively mitigate brand risk and protect customer loyalty.
• Escalate priority issues through proper channels as needed.
