Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Junior Client Service Specialist (Korean Speaker) in Malaysia to support clients with the full product range, order processing, and delivery coordination. You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Design teams to ensure accurate data handling and timely service.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position, a business administration degree, and fluency in English and Korean. Hybrid work options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar client service role.
• Degree in business administration or similar field.
• Fluent in English and Korean (speaking, reading and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and related tools.
• Experience with Case Management Tool.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-oriented with proactive service mindset.
• Good time management and workload handling.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients in accordance with our Service Level Group guidelines.
• Advises clients on the full product range, stock, and product applications.
• Processes inbound orders with accurate data input and informs clients about delivery dates.
• Checks client credit accounts on SAP and coordinates with Credit Management.
• Collaborates on price adjustments, discounts, and payment terms.
• Ensures goods are shipped per shipping procedures with exporters.
• Handles client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provides backup support and cross-market assistance.
• Supports system implementations and process improvements.
