Job summary

Hartalega seeks a fresh Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to apply IE principles, time study, and lean methods to improve methods and output. You will collect data, document standard work, perform 5S audits, and support continuous improvement using Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD under supervision.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver tasks on time and participate in Kaizen activities while developing foundational IE skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IE, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Entry-level exposure to IE and Lean concepts including process documentation.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and basic AutoCAD functions.

Responsibilities

• Apply IE principles including time studies and speed modelling under supervision.
• Collect data and document process information for standard work development.
• Perform 5S audits and implement basic workplace improvement activities.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD to complete assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team and follow guidance to deliver tasks on time.
• Execute additional tasks or project activities as assigned.
