Job summary

Hartalega seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to spearhead the integration of advanced technologies and drive plant-wide process optimization across its manufacturing operations.

You will lead projects, provide technical guidance, review design outputs, and ensure safety, quality, and HSE standards while championing continuous improvement and sustainability.

The role requires collaboration with mechanical and process teams, budget oversight, and hands-on site presence during modifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or related field.
• Ability to analyse technical issues, interpret data, and develop engineering-based solutions.
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution in engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Break down project plans into actionable tasks for engineers, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers on mechanical and process design improvement projects with guidance.
• Lead preparation of engineering deliverables: drawings, process diagrams, calculations, and specifications.
