Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Engineer - Engineering (Improvement) to drive plant performance improvement through process optimization and equipment enhancement.

You will analyze operational data, implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and work with Operations and Engineering teams to identify opportunities while ensuring safety, GMP, ISO 9001 compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in engineering/maintenance. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• ISO related good documentation practice.

• Support process and equipment improvement activities to enhance plant performance.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment optimization, modification, and enhancement activities.

Job Purpose

• To support plant performance improvement through execution of process optimization, equipment enhancement, and continuous improvement activities.
• The role supports performance monitoring, data analysis, project implementation, and technology deployment initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• The position works closely with Operations and Engineering teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
