Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Engineer - Engineering (Improvement) to drive plant performance improvement through process optimization and equipment enhancement.

You will analyze operational data, implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and work with Operations and Engineering teams to identify opportunities while ensuring safety, GMP, ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in engineering/maintenance. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• ISO related good documentation practice.

Responsibilities

• Support process and equipment improvement activities to enhance plant performance.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment optimization, modification, and enhancement activities.
• Monitor and report improvement project progress and results.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams on improvement activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, ISO 9001, and company requirements.
• Support operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
