Job summary

HCLTech in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic early-career IT Technical Support professionals with 1–3 years of experience and near-native Korean language fluency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of working experience in networking or related IT support roles.
Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Strong interest in IT networking field.

Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Korean-speaking end-customers, under guidance.
Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Korean.
Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
