HCLTech in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Network Engineer who can work in Japanese and support enterprise and data center networks for global customers. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex network environments across data centers and cloud integrations.

The successful candidate will hold CCNA, Japanese N2 or native fluency, 3–5 years of experience, and familiarity with Cisco Nexus/ACI and SD‑WAN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on network engineering experience.
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 or native.
• CCNA certification mandatory.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and ACI.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching; cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise networks across data center and branch.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching.
• Deploy Cisco Nexus and ACI-based data centers.
• Support cloud networking in public/hybrid clouds.
• Implement SD-WAN and monitor performance.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders using Japanese/English.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, automation projects.
