Job summary

T& ASSOCIATES QUANTITY SURVEYING CONSULTANT SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for on-site cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting at Bandar Sri Permaisuri. Malaysian eligibility or valid visa is required; 1–2 years of experience preferred, fresh graduates welcomed.

The role involves pre- and post-contract work, contract administration, site meetings, progress valuation, and variation orders assessment in a hands-on environment.

Job description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Will be responsible for day-to-day cost control, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management and planning, and cost reporting. The role is on-site and located at Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

Applicable for MALAYSIAN ONLY or with VALID VISA.
