Made Design Studio Sdn Bhd in Melaka Tengah, Melaka invites an experienced Interior Designer to shape spaces for residential and commercial projects. About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Interior Designer to join our team at Made Design Studio Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Melaka Tengah Melaka. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision and creative direction for our clients' projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translating these into coherent and visually stunning interior design concepts
• Producing detailed design plans, including floor plans, colour schemes, material selections, and 3D renderings to bring the design vision to life
• Overseeing the implementation of design projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the construction team to ensure seamless execution
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your designs
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied with the end result
• Collaborating with the broader design team to share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company

What we're looking for

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar interior design role, preferably within the residential or commercial sectors
• Strong proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate your ideas to clients and stakeholders
