Responsibilities

• Resume screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Communicate with candidates: updates, reminders, and offers/rejections.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire documents.
• Support employer branding and campus or virtual events.
