Job summary

PBA Systems (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior Executive/Executive, Customer Service in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will handle inquiries, provide quotations, and oversee order fulfilment, coordinating with sales, production, finance and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a minimum of SPM with 2 years of relevant experience or a Diploma, with Mandarin a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training on ERP/SAP systems will be provided.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Attend customer enquires through email and phone.

Coordinate with sales, production/supplier, finance, WH logistics.

Able to work in office at Bayan Lepas, Penang.

People Requirements

Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or purchasing will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Can use computer with minimal supervision : MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC.

Provides on-job guidance on systems (e.g., SAP/ERP, BC) throughout probation period.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates with Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
