Job summary

CloudExpo Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an hands-on Event Planner to coordinate exhibitions, roadshows, conferences and brand activations from concept through teardown. The role blends office planning with on-site execution to ensure seamless events.

You will develop ROS, manage logistics, venue setup, floor plans, manpower and scheduling, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable experiences for clients and attendees.

About the Role

You'll plan, coordinate and run exhibitions, expos, roadshows, conferences, gala dinners and brand activations from concept to teardown. This is a hands-on role, split between planning in the office and execution on site.
