is seeking a Junior Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events and rental operations, delivering a seamless customer experience. The role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support brand activation, manage event logistics, oversee camping equipment rentals, monitor budgets, and maintain stock coordination with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Experience in assisting with logistics, customer coordination, or basic stock handling is an advantage.
• Interest in outdoor lifestyle, camping, or recreational gear is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and proposing event plans or concepts.
• Attend and assist in scheduled events; lead and execute assigned events (retail, roadshow, outdoor or collab).
• Assist the team leader in securing and managing vendors, partners or sponsors for projects.
• Assist in preparing and submitting event budgets and closing reports within 3 working days after each event.
• Oversee camping equipment rental operations, including client communication and scheduling with logistics.
• Prepare monthly rental summary reports for management.
• Supervise intern or part-time crews.
• Collaborate with marketing for event or rental content posts and campaigns.
• Conduct 100% stock checks before and after each event/rental; coordinate returns/replacements.
