Job summary

Monks is seeking a Credit & Collections / Jr Analyst to join the Finance team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform AR aging reviews, collections outreach, cash application, and reporting of customer collection activities to support strong working capital management.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 1+ years in billing/collections, with Netsuite, Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field.
• 1+ years of billing/collections experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Netsuite, Google Sheets and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR aging reviews and collections outreach.
• Handle cash application and ad hoc reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Billing and Account Management to resolve disputes.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and educate clients on resolutions.
• Monitor AR activity for non-payments and delays; escalate issues.
• Support credit management and reporting of collections activities.
