Job summary

Malaysian Bar in Selangor is seeking a junior conveyancing assistant to handle various conveyancing matters such as subsale, loan, transfer, charge and discharge of charge, while also assisting with light office administrative duties.

Fresh graduates are welcome and candidates with up to 2 years conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required, with preference for locals near Puchong.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years conveyancing experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Residence near Puchong is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all sorts of conveyancing matters (subsale, loan, transfer, charge, discharge of charge, etc).
• Assist in some office administrative work.
