Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage sub-sales and loan documentation with minimal supervision, and you will mentor junior staff to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires at least 5 years in conveyancing, SPM or equivalent, and strong Mandarin communication. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is essential for daily tasks and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Conveyancing (Subsales, Loan Documentations, Developer Project).
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Must be good with using computer (Microsoft Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing files including sub-sales and loan documentation with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure team meets deadlines and standards.
• Manage own caseload and contribute to overall work quality under the firm’s banner.
