Job summary

Platinum Victory in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Construction/Project Coordinator to support project management and development processes. You will assist in plan/spec analysis to derive clear interpretations of designs and drawings for construction, and coordinate with authorities to secure approvals within schedule.

The role involves liaising with consultants, monitoring progress, site inspections, and ensuring CCC/compliance while updating management with progress and cost plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building / Construction Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of project/property development exposure preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project management and development processes.
• Assist in plan and specification analysis to produce clear, coordinated interpretations of designs/drawings.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals within schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants on progress to keep projects on time.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities to obtain CCC and approvals.
• Periodically update the team on progress for management presentations.
• Coordinate with other departments to reflect latest time and cost plans.
• Attend site inspections as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants to expedite drawings and information.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and codes.
• Ensure final project documentation and ad-hoc duties are completed.
