Swarovski is seeking a Junior Client Service Specialist (Korean Speaker) to support clients with product information, orders, and credit checks. You will collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Credit teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data entry while maintaining superior client satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position, fluent English and Korean, and working knowledge of MS Office and SAP. Hybrid work options and exclusive Swarovski discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Degree in business administration or similar education.
• Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing and speaking).
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge and SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients according to Service Level Group guidelines.
• Advises clients on product range, stock, applications and novelties.
• Handles inbound orders, inputs data accurately and informs clients of delivery changes.
• Checks client credit accounts on SAP and coordinates with Credit Management on limits.
• Collaborates on price adjustments and client discounts/payments.
• Ensures goods are shipped per procedures in cooperation with exporting company.
• Manages client complaints swiftly and professionally, advising other departments.
• Maintains daily data input across systems and supports Sales Team with client needs.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves clients in accordance with our Service Level Group specific guidelines.
• Advises clients on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, novelties etc.
• Handles the process of all inbound orders, ensures accurate data input and proactively informs clients about delivery dates / changes and takes action on deviations.
• Checks clients credit accounts on SAP and align with Credit Management on credit limits, and block removal.
• Collaborates with other stakeholders, on price adjustment as well as client specific discounts and payment conditions.
• Ensures goods are shipped in accordance with applicable shipping procedures in close cooperation with exporting company and parties involved.
• Handles client complaints and other problems ensuring they are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the client. Advises other involved departments.
• Ensures the administrative handling of returned goods.
• Ensures accurate data input on a daily basis in all systems.
• Maintains close collaboration with the Sales Team, providing timely support on client accounts, orders, products, pricing, and service-related matters while ensuring effective follow-up on business needs and client expectations.
• Communicates and follows up with PM and HQ on projects, special production requests and negotiation of lead time improvement or prioritization.
• Liaises with Design office for creation of new motives.
• Independently manages an assigned client portfolio, provides effective back-up support for team members during absences.
• If there is any business need, deliver cross-market support to ensure business continuity and service excellence.
• Supports system implementations, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

About you

• Degree in business administration or similar education
• Fluent in English and Korean language (reading, writing and speaking)
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge
• Intermediate SAP and other relevant tools knowledge (queries creation, reporting)
