Job summary

SWAROVSKI GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES ASIA SDN BHD is seeking an OTC Accountant to join a diverse global team in a rewarding revenue role. You will record and report revenue data, manage collections, review accounts, and handle deductions and chargebacks, while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP and Excel. Hybrid and flexible work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years in revenue/accounting role, ideally in international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel is advantageous.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Record and report revenue data in line with policies.
• Perform revenue accounting tasks including collections and delinquency analysis.
• Process customer credit apps, review accounts, and approve new ones.
• Manage deductions, discounts, rebates, and revenue corrections.
• Prepare chargeback invoices including cashback/rebate processing.
• Serve as main contact for internal stakeholders and external customers.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recording and reporting revenue-related data in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performing revenue accounting tasks, including managing collections and analyzing delinquent accounts
• Processing customer credit applications, reviewing existing accounts, and approving new accounts
• Managing deductions and adjustments such as discounts, rebates, cashbacks, and manual revenue corrections
• Preparing chargeback invoices, including cashback and rebate processing
• Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers

About you

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial information
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are an advantage
• Positive, proactive mindset with a can‑do attitude
