Aivora is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Associate in Kuala Lumpur to join the Global Business Development team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, relationship management, and partner development while engaging with clients, communities, and business partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Aivora's contract trading services and other digital asset products.
• Support the expansion of the user base in Malaysia and selected international markets (Europe, US, CIS).
• Identify and connect with traders, agents, communities, influencers, and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Explore new customer acquisition channels and business development opportunities.
• Support initiatives to increase trading volume, user engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and risk management to meet objectives.
• Follow up with potential clients, partners, and channels.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports on business development.
• Support the team in achieving business targets.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Global Business Development team in Kuala Lumpur as a full-time Junior Business Development Associate. This role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or other commercial roles within the investment, fintech, brokerage, trading, or digital asset industry. You will gain hands‑on experience working with clients, KOLs, communities, and business partners while developing practical skills in prospecting, relationship management, partnership development, and business growth within a fast‑paced global team.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Aivora's contract trading services and other relevant digital asset products.
• Support the expansion of our user base in Malaysia and selected international markets, including Europe, the US, and CIS regions.
• Identify and connect with traders, agents, communities, influencers, and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Explore new customer acquisition channels and business development opportunities.
• Support initiatives to increase trading volume, user engagement, and customer retention.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and risk management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Follow up with potential clients, partners, and business channels.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of business development.
• Support the team in achieving assigned business and performance targets.

About you

• Prior business development experience in an investment platform is a plus.
• Existing connections with KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, or personal investors are highly valued.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, communities, and business partners.
• Willing to take on challenges and work towards performance targets.
• Able to work well in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment.
• Able to commit to a full‑time, on‑site role in Kuala Lumpur.
• Willing to attend external meetings when required.
• Competitive salary: starting from 500 USDT - 1,000 USDT per month.
