Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience operating as both Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Private Banking and Wealth Management initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication across business, technology, operations, compliance, and senior management.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
• Prepare governance materials, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
• Drive market activation, commercialization readiness, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, process flows, and user stories.
• Ensure traceability and business sign-off.
• Translate requirements into features and user stories for development teams.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and story grooming.
