Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, including M&E systems, plumbing, lifts and air-conditioning, and to coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers. You will attend to tenant and resident enquiries and operational issues, manage maintenance-related billing, records and reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
