Job summary

Glancemy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites applications for a Technical Executive - Facilities Management. The role oversees operation, maintenance and upkeep of building facilities, electrical and mechanical systems, and common areas.

Reporting to the Building Manager or Area Manager, the ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in building maintenance or M&E operations, and prefer experience with residential, commercial or mixed-use properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management or M&E operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building's facilities, mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and common areas.
• Prepare accurate and timely technical, maintenance, inspection and incident reports, and provide updates and recommendations to the Building Manager / Area Manager.

Reports To : Building Manager / Area Manager

Responsibilities

To oversee, coordinate and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building's facilities, mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and common areas. The Technical Executive is responsible for ensuring that all technical maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards, statutory requirements and client expectations. The Technical Executive is also responsible for preparing accurate and timely technical, maintenance, inspection and incident reports, as well as providing regular updates and recommendations to the Building Manager / Area Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, property management or M&E operations.
• Experience in managing residential, commercial or mixed-development properties will be an advantage.
