Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Building Operations professional to oversee day-to-day building operations and ensure facilities function effectively. You will monitor maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and conduct regular site inspections to identify defects and drive corrective actions.

You will implement preventive maintenance schedules, handle residents' feedback professionally, liaise with residents and contractors, and support the Building Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and ensure facilities functioning effectively
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance, repair, and rectification works
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on defects and corrective actions
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and complied with statutory requirements
• Handle residents' feedback, complaints, and service requested professionally
• Coordinate with residents on access for maintenance and repair works
• Maintain good communication between management, residents, and contractors
• Assist the Building Manager / Property Manager in daily operational matters
• Provide recommendations for improvement in building operations and service quality
• Support audits, inspections, and meetings when required
