Job summary

Supersafe Industries Sdn Bhd seeks a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities at our Kajang facility. The role focuses on achieving output targets, quality standards, and safe operations while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in manufacturing, prior supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of production processes, 5S/ISO/EMS, and MS Office tools. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as required.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Manage inventory usage and minimize waste.
• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

About you
