Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a positive, responsible Junior Accounts Executive who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow with our team in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role you will assist with payments, support AR activities, and handle general accounting tasks while maintaining accurate records. A Mandarin speaker is preferred and you should be able to arrange your own transport to the office.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks.
• Willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Mandarin Chinese communication is highly preferred.
• Able to arrange own transportation to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support for Accounts Receivable (AR) activities as required.
• Assist with general accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations.
