Job summary

Turn Design Interior Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks, data entry, and bookkeeping. The role includes preparing invoices, vouchers, and financial statements, while monitoring AP/AR and assisting with payroll compliance.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, with 1–2 years of accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this hands-on role in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
• Familiar with SQL Accounting, AutoCount or similar software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, data entry and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and statements of accounts
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients and suppliers
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Maintain project costing records, supplier invoices and contractor payment records
• Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and SST documentation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax agents
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
